Fuel Card Program: Per-Gallon Discounts, Tracked Savings
The FreightConnect fuel card gives carriers a negotiated per-gallon discount off retail diesel, with every transaction and every cent saved tracked in your dashboard.
Beta. The account, ledger, balance, and savings tracking are live in the product today. Physical card provisioning runs through a fuel network partner (WEX/Comdata/EFS class), and that partnership is being finalized — check the in-app Fuel page for current card availability.
Discount Tiers

Your tier is set at activation. New accounts start with a $5,000 credit limit, adjustable as you build history on the platform.
Applying
From the Fuel page in your dashboard, click Apply. Approval activates your fuel account and locks in your tier and discount.
Tracking Balance & Transactions
The Fuel page shows:
- Balance — current credit available against your limit
- Transactions — every fill-up: location, gallons, retail price, your discounted price
- Savings — running total of what the discount has saved you, per transaction and lifetime
Why It Matters
Fuel is a carrier's biggest operating cost. At $0.25–$0.45 off per gallon, an owner-operator running 100,000 miles a year saves thousands of dollars annually — and the savings view proves it with real numbers instead of marketing math.
