Solo — $149/month

For: Independent brokers, solo operations, light volume

• Real-time tracking (limited to 5 active shipments)
• Email-to-load parser

Limits:

• 1 user
• API rate limit: 100 req/min
• No team collaboration
• No custom agents
• No advanced reporting

Best for: 5-20 loads/month, operating solo or as a team of 1

Brokerage — $399/month

For: Small to mid-size brokerages, 2-5 person teams

Features:

• Up to 5 users (additional users: $50/month each)
• Unlimited loads
• Full quoting (queries 50+ carriers)
• Advanced carrier vetting (ownership screening, fraud detection)
• Real-time tracking (unlimited active shipments)
• Email-to-load parser with custom rules
• All four agents (quoting, vetting, tracking, customer service)
• Advanced analytics (route profitability, carrier benchmarking)
• TMS integrations (McLeod, TMW, Turvo, API)
• ELD integrations (Samsara, Motive, Geotab)

Guided Setup — $499 one-time

Best for solo brokers and small operations with a single office.

What the agent does:

• Imports your carrier list with MC numbers, lanes, and base rates

• Generates lane-by-lane analytics (volume, avg rate, margin, top carriers)
• Applies custom branding (logo, colors, email templates, rate confirmation PDFs)
• Configures automated carrier scorecards (on-time %, claims, responsiveness)
• Includes a 30-day automated check-in with usage review

Enterprise Onboarding — $2,999 one-time

Best for large brokerages with 5+ team members and multiple offices.

Everything in Full Migration, plus:

• Configures multi-office hierarchy with regional lane assignments
• Builds custom workflows (load approval chains, claim escalation, carrier onboarding)
• Creates multi-user accounts with role-based permissions (admin, broker, dispatcher, ops)
• Configures TMS/ELD integrations and API connections
• Sets up automated margin alerts and rate negotiation triggers per lane
• Activates 60-day agent monitoring with weekly auto-optimization

Add-Ons

Additional Users (all plans):

• Solo: can't add (1-user plan only)
• Brokerage: $50/month per user (max 5 base + 10 additional = 15 total)
• Enterprise: unlimited (included)

Telematics Integrations (if not included):

• Samsara, Motive, Geotab: $50/month each (already included in Brokerage+)

Custom Integration Development (Enterprise):

• Quote based on scope; typically $5,000-$20,000

Billing

• Monthly billing: charged on same day each month
• Annual billing (Enterprise only): 2-month discount (~$9,588/year vs. $9,588 monthly)
• Prorated charges: upgrade/downgrade mid-month = prorated pricing
• Taxes: sales tax added per your state

Choosing Your Plan

Start with Solo if:

• You're testing the product
• You're an independent broker
• You post < 20 loads/month
• You have no team

Move to Brokerage when:

• You have a team of 2-5
• You post 50-500 loads/month
• You need advanced carrier vetting
• You want to integrate with your TMS

Go Enterprise if:

• You're a large brokerage (6+ users)
• You post 1,000+ loads/month
• You need white-labeling or SSO
• You require custom integrations
• You need SLA guarantees

Upgrade Path

Upgrade anytime:

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade Plan
2. Select new plan
3. Confirm — charges are prorated

You pay only for the remaining days at the higher rate. Your next regular charge is reduced accordingly.

Trial Period

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

After 14 days, you choose:

• Upgrade to a paid plan (with auto-renewal)
• Cancel (no charge, no penalty)
