Terms of Service

By accessing or using FreightConnect AI ("the Service"), operated by Boldera Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

FreightConnect AI is an AI-powered freight brokerage operations platform that provides carrier rate comparison, load matching, compliance verification, shipment tracking, and document automation tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code; (e) resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without written permission; (f) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person; (g) scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services including FMCSA, DAT, and carrier APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate rate recommendations, compliance assessments, and documents. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before relying on it for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Boldera Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boldera Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boldera Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be available for export for 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington County, Utah.
