Boldera Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates FreightConnect AI ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information when you register or subscribe.

Operational Data: Shipment details, carrier information, rate quotes, load data, and documents you upload or generate through the Service.

Usage Data: Log data, device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the Service, collected automatically.

Third-Party Data: Carrier compliance data from FMCSA, rate data from DAT and other market sources, obtained on your behalf to provide the Service.

We use collected information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process transactions and send related information; (c) generate AI-powered rate comparisons, compliance checks, and documents; (d) send service notifications and updates; (e) respond to support requests; (f) monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience; (g) comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery); (b) third-party API providers as necessary to deliver features (FMCSA, DAT); (c) law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; (d) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

FreightConnect AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze shipment data, generate rate recommendations, and automate document creation. Your operational data may be processed by AI models to provide these features. We do not use your data to train AI models shared with other customers. Each organization's data is isolated and processed independently.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is available for export for 30 days and then permanently deleted within 90 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) opt out of certain data processing activities.
