Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 7, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of FreightConnect AI ("the Service"), operated by Boldera Labs LLC. This AUP is incorporated into and supplements our
Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
Illegal Activity: Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to freight fraud, double-brokering, or identity theft.
Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
Data Harvesting: Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
Service Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive API calls, or resource abuse.
Misrepresentation: Impersonate any person or entity, submit false carrier or shipper information, or fabricate shipment data.
Harmful Content: Upload or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or any code designed to damage or compromise the Service.
Resale Without Authorization: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any data obtained through the Service without our written permission.
3. Rate and API Usage Limits
Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits for rate lookups, API calls, and carrier queries. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. If you consistently exceed your tier limits, we may require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
4. Data Accuracy and Integrity
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the Service, including shipment details, carrier information, and shipper data. Submitting intentionally false or misleading data violates this AUP and may result in account termination.
5. Compliance with Transportation Regulations
You agree to comply with all applicable transportation regulations, including FMCSA requirements, when using the Service. The Service provides compliance tools as a convenience; you remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance in your operations.
6. Enforcement
Boldera Labs LLC reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP. Violations may result in: (a) a warning; (b) temporary suspension of your account; (c) permanent termination of your account; (d) reporting to law enforcement if warranted. We may take enforcement action at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
9. Governing Law
This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
